Honda Foundry Co., Ltd. 　・Pistons, engine and suspension parts, various aluminum castings, and machined products
　・Manufacture and sale of machine tools, dies, and jigs

　・Manufacture and sale of our products
　・To respond to inquiries and requests for information materials
　・Payment and debt management in connection with the Company’s business activities
　・Management of payments and receivables/debts associated with the Company’s business activities;and
In addition to the above purposes, we may statistically process and utilize customer information obtained by us. In such cases, the information used or provided will not include information that identifies individual customers. The purpose of use of personal information concerning our employees is publicly announced on the company intranet.

2．Disclosure and Provision To Third Parties
The Company will not disclose or provide personal information obtained by the Company to third parties without the consent of the individual to whom the information pertains. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
　（1） When we outsource our business to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
　（2） When disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question.

When outsourcing information processing or other operations related to personal information, the Company will thoroughly examine the eligibility of the outsourced company and exercise appropriate supervision to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.

The Company will respond to the request in accordance with laws and regulations. The Company may charge a prescribed fee for handling inquiries, corrections, etc.
