本田金属技術株式会社の創立５０周年おめでとうございます。私がCAPTに入社した当時、貴社は創立30周年を迎えたばかりでした。ここ20年の間、多くの変化や試練がありました。
私は1994年9月にCAPTに入社しましたが、当時の貴社からの日本人駐在員は、塩野隆道さんと、小野寺孝さんの2名だけでした。私達はオハイオ州シドニー市に事務所を構え、当時は「A－プロジェクト」と呼ばれていました。その後、貴社からの駐在員も7名増え、1996年1月に生産を開始することが出来ました。
CAPTの立ち上がりから成長し続けてる間、貴社からいつもサポートをしていただき、またリーダーシップを執っていただきました。駐在員としてCAPTで働いていただいた貴社の従業員数は、ほぼ60名に上ります。C－Kプロジェクトなど、私達は貴社のリーダーシップとチームワークを必要とする様々なプロジェクトに協力をいただきました。CAPTが20年前に創立してからの間、貴社から提供していただいたリーダーシップ、指導、およびサポートに感謝いたします。

Congratulations to Honda Foundry on your 50th Anniversary. When I joined CAPT, Honda Foundry had just celebrated it’s 30th Anniversary. In the last 20 years we have seen many changes and challenges.
I joined CAPT in September of 1994 and there was only 2 Honda Foundry Japanese associates, Mr. Takamichi Shiono and Mr. Takashi Onodera. We were located in an office building in downtown Sidney, Ohio and it was called the “A-Project”.
Then we received more support from Honda Foundry with seven more associates and we were able to start up production in January 1996. All throughout the start up and growth of CAPT, Honda Foundry has always been there for us with support and leadership. We have had almost 60 different Honda Foundry associates working at CAPT on a long term assignment.
We have worked together on several projects that required Honda Foundry leadership and teamwork, such as the C-K Project. Again, thank you for all of your leadership, direction and support you have given to CAPT since our start up 20 years ago, and congratulations on achieving your 50th Anniversary.
We look forward to the next 50 years with Honda Foundry.
